As part of the OPM Department’s commitment to bridging the gap between classroom learning and industry practice, Dr. Rahma Lahyani organized a series of OPM Alumni Industry Guest Speaker Sessions under the leadership and guidance of the OPM Department. Eight distinguished alumni were invited to deliver eleven sessions across various OPM classes, sharing real-world insights into career paths in Operations and Project Management and Business Analytics. Guests discussed MBA preparation, essential technical and soft skills, emerging market needs, and practical advice for navigating the OPM job market. They also offered valuable tips to fresh graduates and highlighted industry expectations, job opportunities, and workplace challenges.

This initiative reflects the department’s strong dedication to enhancing student engagement, strengthening alumni connections, and enriching the academic experience through meaningful industry interaction.
